I've been really impressed with this generator so far. The tri-fuel option is a huge plus, giving me the flexibility to use gas, propane, or natural gas depending on what's available. I had been looking for a powerful generator for a while. We had lost power for a day and a half not too long ago due to a tornado. After that a sub station close to the house had to be shut down due to it causing a grass fire. My wife and I were ready to get a generator. I had looked for a while and the reviews on this one were great. I'll try to let you all know the more I use it.. hopefully I'll never have to!

Product was quickly delivered and packed very well. Haven't had long enough to test out so that's why I give the 4 stars and not 5. I did run for 1 hour unloaded to start the break in period and took a few remote starts to allow fuel to reach the system and then generator did run smoothly. So far so good. Time will tell!

I live in a luxury RV in the FL Panhandle and I wanted a generator that could handle 3 air conditioners, washer/dryer, refrigerator, and everything else in the event of a power outage. The dual fuel provides an excellent option in case gasoline becomes scarce. We thing we are now prepared for any electrical outage. Excellent product! Thank you!

Just got it a week ago, but so far very easy to use and get hooked up. Based on other reviews, I read I think I got a really good deal on this one. It's one of those things that I hope I never have an emergency where I have to use this, but I definitely want to be prepared and I think This will power my entire home when/if the time comes!

I am born and raised in Florida and have been through countless hurricanes. Power can be down for weeks and even months. I needed something powerful and reliable, and so far this generator fits the bill. Have not tested it for an extended period of time but this thing crank right up first try. The remote start is an appreciated bonus. This generator gives me the ability to run my entire house with a/c, minus the drier and oven. As a mechanic, I cannot emphasize enough how important the break-in process is. It requires several oil changes with unloaded and loaded power cycles. There is little to no information about this process in the manual and the choke settings explained in the instructions is wrong, but common sense should prevail as it is an obvious typo. I absolutely love the tri fuel capabilities. When the power is out you will not be able to refuel if you run out. Having the ability to use propane when that happens is a game changer. Get you several 14 gallon fuel totes, fuel stabilizer, a cover for the generator and properly rated extension cords if you're not hooked to your panel. Obviously keep the generator as far away from windows and doors as possible. All together I rest easy knowing my family is prepared if and when another storm hits. I have owned Westinghouse in the past that was unfortunately stolen, but I find this brand to be of high quality and dependable. I definitely recommend this generator.

The dual fuel is excellent when gas was hard to find, the propane got us through until we could. The remote lets us turn it off and on when not needed from the porch - no need to venture out into the weather. It is for a small 800 sq ft cottage - powers everything but the on-demand hot water heater on propane - that is not a priority in the sweltering heat of Florida. Since this is an emergency backup power source, the propane makes maintenance easy-peasy.

I bought this generator after a recent widespread 3-day power outage. We have 2 freezers and scrambled to find someone who could help us store all the frozen food. An electrician highly recommended this unit and did the installation for us. But what impresses me the most is the seamless switch between gasoline and propane, giving me reliable run options. I also appreciate the remote and electric start features, which will be particularly useful during the harsh winter months.
