Bought it few weeks ago for my daughter to use cumuting on university campus between classes.

I brought the scooter because I can?t run the way I used to but my dog loves it so she sees me getting ready to turn it on and it?s time to run and play

First - I will say these are great scooters in the following - comfortable, lots of features like cruise and regenerative braking, real speedometer, etc.  
I bought 2 of these (twin boys).  They enjoyed them for just over 2 months.  One of them died (tried everything including taking top piece off and back on) but it would not power back on.  

The second one was having issues charging - the connection was very loose and was on the verge of not being able to charge at all.  It had to be positioned just right and even then it would stop charging in the middle of a recharge.

If these were more reliable I would highly recommend them.  I just can't being with the issues we had.  I am Thankfull for the 90-day return policy but these are just too expensive to have issues that quickly.

The only other negative was the side grips kept popping out which I have read is common.  Had we kept them I would have glued or taped them on.

Bought 2 - returned both for issues

I tore my ACL a month ago and needed a good form of transportation downtown. Crutches are not ideal getting to work from the parking structure downtown. Segway made an updated version of this for $700 but for $350 this was sooo worth it.

This is a big boys dream.
Good work samsclub on choosing a great company to work with.
