I bought this for my son's 2nd birthday and when we opened it, it didn't have not ONE screw or piece to put it together. I bought it a couple months in advance so when we opened it I'm sure it's too late to return nor do I have a receipt from months ago. $80 down the drain.

Like most of these reviews our screws were missing as well. Was a gift for my boys for Christmas. Sames couldn't do anything and suggested we contact the manufacture as Sam's was sold out. The manufacture told us it was exclusive to Sam's and cannot provide any screws and that we should contact Sam's. Very disappointed.

I gave 3 stars because my 3 year old has loved this toy very much! Lots for him to do and be entertained by. Unfortunately, it is not very sturdy. The screws come out of the boards very easily, and I have had multiple pieces fall off. We moved and didn't take the toy apart (because it is difficult to take apart/put together), and I think that could be why some of the parts pieces have given way and come apart. Overall-I think it is far too expensive for the quality.

DO NOT BUY!! My son loves trains, so he got this for Christmas and it didn't even last a month. Pieces broke in no time and it wouldn't even hold together properly. I paid almost $50 thinking I was getting a deal compared to the original $99 and it was still extremely over priced with a very low quality in material. Now, I have an upset child because his Christmas present had to go to the trash.

EXTREMELY HARD TO PUT TOGETHER AND HARWARE WAS NOT MADE CORRECTLY! NOT WORTH THE TIME AND AGGRIVATION! WISH I NEVER WASTED MY MONEY!!! The screws don't fit any screwdriver because it was STAMPED not actually real screws!

Missing key parts needed to assemble. Very disappointed!

Instructions are horrible and a few missing pieces. Took about 3 hours to assemble. Son loves it.
