[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this edge tamer. Ever since I did my big chop finding a good product for my edges has been hard. What I love about the Pantene edge tamer is that it contains argan oil which is a great ingredient for hair growth. I love the texture which is a smooth feeling. It makes doing my edge designs very easy. I do not have to force my edges to make a shape. Not to mention it smells great and doesn't have an unpleasant scent. I would most definitely recommend it. I'm happy I was able to try it out before buying.

The smell is not overwhelming and it is very pleasant. The little scent it does has fades very quickly. I am satisfied with this product and I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted to try a product from the gold series line but can never find it In a Store near me. Little bit about my hair, I am relaxed but I havent had a relaxer in 4 months. There is definitely some new growth and curly edges. The packaging is typical of edge tamers, nothing too crazy. The smell is delightful which I like. Now on to the performance. I used the product for about 10 to 12days and started out on freshly washed hair. It held my edges in place pretty much all day and doesnt create that really hard hold, I was able to layer more products on the next day without any issue. It wasnt until day 5 that I saw any indication of build up or flaking and that was brought on by my me scraping that area. Flash forward to a new week and freshly washed hair and I feel like the product doesnt hold as well as it did when I just started using it, it could be due to the fact that I left it open a few times or maybe my curls have grown out a lil more making it harder to tame. It still does a good job, I just to tie my hair down for a few minutes. Overall Im pleased and will purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a love hate relationship with the edge control but it has nothing to do with the product itself. Its my edges, they curl up quick. But besides that I absolutely love the smell, the consistency of the product, and the the couple minutes my edges be sleeked (not products fault) it does what it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's my first time using this brand and so far so good. It looks hard in the tub but it's actually a bit creamy feeling. It's not crazy sticky it does have stick to it . My edges just slid into place and I loved that. It leaves a nice shine at first but it sets pretty dull. It mixes well with my other hair products I don't get a white cast or those nasty beads. I'm enjoying the smell like a higher end fragrance. I do feel a bit of a crunchy crispy feeling so there is a gel cast. I noticed a few minutes after it setting I got some lifting. I didn't apply a scarf during setting but I don't feel like I should have to.

Too thick and left my hair brittle and crunchy as well as leaving clumps. Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very thick and similar in texture to other edge taming products. Its smells very nice. This product did not mix well with my skincare and it turned wire around my hairline where I had used the product on. I used it again another day, and it did not turn white, but after a short period of time my edges became frizzy. This product may work better if you are trying to smooth your hair back into a ponytail, but it did not work well for trying lay down baby hairs. I tried rubbing it between my fingers to warm the product up and it was still too thick my fine hair. I stay away from edge control products and just use gel because my hair isnt very thick.
