We are so sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide with Ultra Downy Liquid Laundry Detergent, April Fresh Scent, Ashia. It must upsetting that the product was too thick and cauing additional stains. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Liquid laundry detergents can become thicker if they are exposed to extreme temperatures (hot or cold). It is still OK to use this product. It should return to normal when it reaches room temperature. For best results, we recommend storing detergents in a cool, dry place and using them within 18 months of production. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can take care of you for this issue. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Tide.
