Sip or two in the evening after work. Always 120 on a sliver or two of ice....careful, never too much...ice. The flavor has always burst through. HOWEVER, the last two bottles of 120 have been extremely disappointing. (Just started the second, hoping it would be like my memory of previous bottles.) Truly, something has happened. The rich dark Caramel flavor is not coming to the top. I'm scared to try another bottle. Purchased both bottles in Kentucky 02/17/2022.

knob creek will be back home at my stable. I only buy age statement whiskey 90 proof or higher and drink it straight. The age statement guarantees what is in the bottle, the aging softens the bite and enhances the flavor. The higher proof brings out the full flavor profile of the whiskey. Knob creek 9yr is excellent straight or over a couple cubes of ice. A great every day corn dominant whiskey to compliment my rye and wheated favorites.

And so is the flavor profile I loved, replaced by diminished notes of dark, candied fruit framed by subtle vanilla-toffee. I realize this was done to maintain supply (and hence accessibility to Knob's fans/consumers), so it was a compromise of sorts. Perhaps it was a wise decision, but for me, Knob Creek has gone from a "special occasion Bourbon" to a solidly, above-average bourbon that struggles to distinguish itself fopm the pack.

I'm an old man new to drinking bourbon and I have been trying many different bourbons looking for my "go to", I just finished my first drink of Knob Creek 9 year 100 proof and it was really good. Looking forward to finishing this bottle and trying other Knob Creek whiskeys. Dennis

A few years ago I went on a tour of the Knob Creek Facility. I got to try many different types of Whiskey including through the stages. If you like deep dark colors of amber in your whiskey this is for you. Your taste buds will love the Vanilla, nuts and oak taste. This makes a great sipping whiskey or mixed with your favorite mixers. What I love about this bottle was on the tour they gave you a option to bottle your own bottle. They even had you seal it with your thumb print. I went one step farther and had our names engraved on the bottle. You will love this bottle of Knob Creek Single Barrel (small batch) 120 proof whiskey.

I wanted to recycle the bottle, but the wax was stuck onto the glass. Rather than spend 30 minutes trying to scrape off wax with a kitchen knife, I tossed it in the trash. Please make easier to recycle! My husband likes your Bourbon, so I'm not worried about the quality of your product - just the packaging.

When I started checking out whiskys(bourbon) many years ago i am very happy i tried this,while 2-3 times a year i add something to the mix as a optional change up i have always stayed with the knob(not the easiest name to deal with in the early days when we had to search for it). to this day there is still the joy of opening a new bottle & that opening sniff(try this its extremely pleasant if you love bourbon) ahhhh..nothing quite like that.(initial opening) i blend with ice(2-4 cubes depending on size of cube) & unfortunately,most of it at home is out of a bullitt bourbon glass(4)(this is a great bourbon glass-note also have knob creek glass)

RICH, MELLOW, FRUITY, AND SUFFICIENTLY HEAVY TO KEEP ME LIGHT.

I'm new to the bourbon world, and i've been sampling different brands and varieties for the past year. Now don't get me wrong, i'm not a bourbon connoisseur by any means, but this bourbon is my absolutely favorite so far!! Smooth with a hint of sweetness. I like all my drinks cold, so I put mine in the freezer and sip it ice cold!

i haerd of knob creek for quite sometime from Slb youtube channel but it's quite hard to find in thailand especially the 9yo. i had it in dubai and i found that it's sweet, smooth with hint of spice, and long satisfying after taste. it's the first whisky/bourbon that makes me truly want to drink again and again and again.
