Not as much caffeine content as others, so didn’t really pick me up (I have 300ish mg caffeine a day). Is a smaller can so I didn’t have to pee seven times on our road trip.

This stuff is delicious! It tastes a lot lighter than a regular Red Bull, and tastes better than the sugar free version! One thing to keep in mind though is that this is NOT 100% zero. There is 2g of carbohydrates per serving, so for all of you on keto, make sure you account for these carbs! A good old fashioned red bull always delivers with both taste and ingredients. This sugar free redbull still delivers that classic iconic redbull flavor without all the unnecessary sugar additives. With a caffeine content just under 80mg per can I can still drink this without getting overly jittery. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a boost but doesn’t want to feel like you’re on drugs haha.

It also contains B-vitamins and taurine, which may help with mental and physical performance. The effects kick in fairly quickly and last a couple of hours without a heavy crash. Taste is good and packaging mimics the flavor. Price is great and cheap.
