Love that they used monk fruit but I wish left out the erythritol which defeats the purpose and may increase inflammation and digestive issues. My dietician advised to avoid monk fruit that’s cut with erythritol although I’m sure some here and there isn’t the end of the world.

I definitely need something to get me up and going in the morning. That said, this can felt tiny for me, but it did give me energy pretty quick. There was no crash later, just a noticeable reduction in energy over time. It has a strong sweet taste that really hits the palate and almost wakes you up that way. Overall it got the job done with no crash but the flavor is different.

I enjoy the zero sugar Red Bull versus the regular because you get a great taste without all the sugar! Perfect addition to any drink honestly. It tastes very similar to the original, slightly less intense. I think they’re a bit more expensive than other options but are always a great choice in rotation.
