Here’s how it went: Right off the bat, the energy boost was solid. Just like the regular Red Bull, this can has 80 mg of caffeine, plus taurine and B-vitamins. It gave me that reliable jolt I was looking for—enough to get through a long afternoon without feeling jittery or crashing later. Honestly, I didn’t feel any different from drinking the original, energy-wise. Taste-wise, it’s pretty close to the original Red Bull—lightly citrusy and crisp. But since this is the zero sugar version, there are artificial sweeteners in it (like sucralose and acesulfame K), and I could tell. It wasn’t bad, but there was a slightly artificial aftertaste. Not overwhelming, but noticeable. I’ve had worse from other sugar-free drinks. The sweetness level felt right—not too intense—and the carbonation gave it a nice pop, though it seemed just a touch less fizzy than the classic can.

I normally reach for lower or no calorie energy drinks, but this one has an odd aftertaste. I like that monk fruit sweetener is used, but I am extremely averse to the aftertaste. Aside from the taste, it is a very effective energy drink. I cannot seem myself purchasing it due to the odd tangy taste at the very end.

Although i still prefer the sugar free red-bull for the taste. Red bull Zero is just as tasty and served the same purpose!

Good steady pick me up energy wise still. Good packaging and value. Just not the best taste compared to their other products.
