It did keep me energized throughout the day and if I needed it I would choose the option with sugar. Not into artificial sweeteners. I'd say it does what it says with an okay flavor.

I’m not a huge Red Bull fan but I do enjoy this one. It is flavored with monk fruit extract which leaves a sweet taste like none other. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member!!!

The fact that this item uses monk fruit in the ingredients draws me to this instead of the sugar free version. Did not notice too much of a difference when comparing it to the sugar free one. After having been a regular consumer of energy drinks for about 15 years, very few of them actually still make a difference and give me extra energy; however, Red Bull always comes through, and this sugar-free variant is no different. It was the perfect pick-me-up when I mowed the yard this morning, and I feel ready to tackle the rest of my day.

It's a nice drink for quick energy boost on the go or after workout . It definitely provides the energy I need without being overly sweet. I appreciate its balanced flavor, which distinguishes it from other drinks. Plus, it doesn't have that artificial or chemical taste.
