Provided me with the right amount of energy to keep me going all day. I didn’t feel that “crash” most energy drinks give me. It came in a nice little baggie to prevent any spills. For the price it’s worth it. The ingredients are not too terrible. Not too many additives. Zero sugar was a plus!

Kept me energized as needed for a long car ride. If on special diet, could be a good option for you.
