I use parchment paper A LOT! I used the rolls for the longest time and always had issues of rolling too much or rolling too little. When I saw they had sheets I decided to try it. It does do what it's suppose to but as others have mentioned it barely fits a standard size cookie sheet. I usually use this for cookies, fries...anything that doesn't require pre-greasing. The box is pretty flimsy and it was open on one corner when it arrived so I just slide the sheets out that way. I'm not a fan of the pop up method because in the summer bugs come from out of nowhere so any enclosed item that I need for food is alright with me.

I was pleased with the width of this freezer paper as I had racks of ribs to freeze and there was plenty to fold over. I was able to maneuver the paper well to get a good seal. I like that regular pen worked well when writing on the " dull" side. I wrapped and froze 5 " rib racks" and still have plenty of paper left in the box!
