[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an s21 that I enjoyed a lot but it ended up having issues with my network. It was unfortunate because I liked a lot of what the 21 had to offer. That being said, one of the issues I did have with the 21 was while it was nice that it was thin, the side paneling was very smooth and easily would slip out if my hands. I cannot tell you how nice the solid flat edges on the 24 is. This phone feels so good to hold. And on top of that, is lighter than my 21 was. I am very happy with my upgrade to the 24. The AI is a cool addition, as well as the amazing camera and super easy to us One UI. A banger by samsung to say the least.

Screen is bigger and brighter. I use my phone for everything, from texting/calling to social media and especially for gaming. I'm a huge nerd for electronics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device has some good features that I enjoy; however, there are far more negative aspects of this devices that would prevent me from ever purchasing another samsung device. The major problem I had with this device is its complexity. While the "AI" system attempts to walk me through things, often times it does things on its own and at speeds that prevent me from comprehending what was done and why. I feel I am constantly fighting the device to accomplish what I WANT to do based upon how I AM feeling, not how the AI decides to I should be feeling. Positive features. The camera is top notch.

The camera is great although not as good as the 24+ and I'm discovering new features everyday. The only thing I don't like is the charging cord. All of mine up until now is USB to USB-c and now it's C to C. I have no charging blocks like this except for one for my laptop and didn't want to use an old charger, so I went and spent MORE money buying a new USB cord. They should at least given a block after spending all the money on the phone. I do appreciate the durability and overall reliability of Samsung though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To finally get a new phone and be this one! It was a lifesaver. I needed to get a hold of my kid easily as well as start a new job. Having a disability and working from home made having a working phone but even cooler phone so much easier. The camera made me fall in live with it more. I absolutely adore taking pics of my 7 yr old and this made it worth... then to keep finding features like AI incorporated into my phone. Just awesome!

I mean it's a smart phone it has all smart capabilities and has a few features I wouldn't expect on a basic model smart device. The camera quality is basic as well. You need a camera lens protector because of how far the camera lens stick out. The texting seems to have a force close issue and a delayed typing issue. Along with not catching the first letter of a text. It learns your texting habits and not for the better it puts words in places that don't belong all because I used a specific letter in the alphabet. It runs well and streams downloads at a rate I'm happy with. The speakers aren't in a good placement. And I feel like the AI is completely useless. For the cost of this basic model phone. It's not worth it spend a little more to get the better version of it. I does hold a charge well and charges quite quick. Overall rating Function 8 out of 10 Size (small to biggest scale) 4 out of 10 Cost (10 being pricey) 8 out of 10 OVERALL 6 OUT OF 10

For school I set my phone to focus mode which I did not know was a thing until I got this phone . That has been so helpful in helping me stay focused on my school work . I also have my school apps and email on this phone and I always get notifications so quickly and send emails with no problem. On the social side , when I am with my friends, a night on the town and we want to take pictures or videos we always use my phone because the camera quality is very impressive.

I had the fortunate chance to own the new Samsung Galaxy s24 upgraded version. I upgraded mine to the 256 gig instead of the smaller gig of 100 and something another. But I would much rather talk about that camera that this thing has. Like omg the best camera I've ever owned in my entire life and it's actually on a phone blows my mind The pictures and the quality of the pictures that this thing takes at night is unreal. That right there makes me want to own the ultra just to see how much better the camera is because it has more pixels.
