[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is my first Samsung phone I'm just loving my phone. The battery life just amazed me . I have been using this from one week now for gaming, streaming and photo editing and everything. It's just lit . I am loving this device.
Washed colors and Censored AI
The phone itself is great. operates as expected from someone who has bought Samsung for 15 years. However..... My review of two stars is from the washed out display and censoring/child lock AI features. I'm having a hard time not thinking about sending it back and keeping my S23 Ultra. The screen display is much more pleasant. the blacks are black and the colors pop great for HDR content on the S23U. Samsung has released statements saying this is intended with the display. If that is true Samsung... you should fire whoever "intended" the extremely washed out display. I really hope you release a patch for the Vivid setting. In addition I upgraded for the new AI features (Grammar and Formatting) . I use my phone for both personal and professional use. The AI features I found are very limiting in your speech. If you write anything that a sensitive child may not like, it will prompt "Cant check this text because it ((might)) contain inappropriate content". If you are like me and work in the Mental Health and Substance abuse field or similar field where tough conversations do take place, it's useless. I've tested many combinations across many subjects. it all comes back the same. Stop censoring the public, It shouldn't matter what's contained in the text. From someone who has owned almost every galaxy device, this is the first time I feel disappointed. And to top it off Samsung wants to charge in 2025 for a censored AI device.....

Great phone when it isn't overheating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a S10 for years until it was announced new phones with Galaxy AI were being released. There's rarely need to update phones anymore with all the incremental improvements. But I feel a phone with integrated AI would be worth the cost. However, in any temperature above room (or even room) the phone will rapidly get hot and soon after begin limiting functionality. I would have given this a 4* as there's no other monumental improvements over the S10, but the temperature issues hold it back

Just WOW!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just in love with this phone and so far it has some awesome new features. When you need to remove objects from a shot, the generative fill feature in photo editing AI is extremely fascinating and useful. I use my phone for work-related tasks, messaging, and streaming. Additionally, it features a smooth and comfortable grip with an amazing night shots feature. With that and many more you can find when exploring and discovering what this phone offers, you will just love it. I would recommend it to anyone.
Good basic phone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Possibly, I'm spoiled to higher level devices... that said I don't live this little phone. The pros are: it's got all the good Samsung features. The resolution is good, and sound with earphones is great! It does all the things I need it to do. The cons: The refresh rate is odd. It lags a bit & isn't as smooth as with the Plus series' or the Flip. The sound without earphones is very low. You have to turn the volume at least 50% to really hear. There is a sound lag when moving from one video to another within various apps. All in all, it's decent. Does the job but isn't for a user who wants or needs certain technological perks.
