[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always it takes getting used to the updates and changes when upgrading from an older model to a newer version of the Galaxy android phone. The biggest change or update is the "AI" feature on the S24. I am still learning the ins and outs of the feature and I have a split opinion. I am hoping to enjoy it more than not after working with the programming more. Everything else on the new S24 model is very nice .

In all aspects this device is a no brainer for anyone who wants a top tier photo but doesn't want reach to the top of their wallet. The durability has been outstanding aside from the charging port malfunctioning and almost causing my phone plume some magic smoke for a few seconds. The charging still works but all the other pins seem to be damaged because I cannot transfer any kind of data whether that be photos and other media or trying to use dex over a cable. Definitely get one with more than 128GB of storage. The 8GB of RAM has done me well but the Techie in me wants more. The camera in fantastic especially for telescopic photos of the moon but at only 50mp and 12mp I love to use the better ones on the best of the best flagship like the fold or the ultra. I am saddened to hear that bixby and Galaxy Ai may get taken over by Google.

It helps me through my day and is integrated perfectly with the stuff most people use. Not to mention, it's easy to access and use. I love how easy it is to access and use Bixby since I can just quickly say "Hey Bixby" and ask it a question or to call somebody. The processor is nice and fast, keeps things running smoothly and rarely overheats for me. The battery treats me great; I can easily get over a day's worth of battery on one charge.

I thought it was just another weird thing that happened to me as it was one thing after another so I thought I was just over thinking it. I was wrong. One morning I woke up to my screen cracked from the inside out apparently from overheating. It didn't help that my phone carrier was the worst about doing anything helpful as I financed phone thru them. Got S25 now love them both!!!!

Its processes information in a flash. I am a long time Samsung product user and will continue to purchase Samsung products.

I think the galaxies are very user friendly especially for us older folks. This galaxy 24 also has a great charge life. Others previously needed to be charged multiple times a day. Now if I could just learn more about the AI stuff , I could keep up with the youngins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S24 for about a year and I would say it is a big upgrade from my S8. It runs gaming, browsing and any other app smooth. I really like Samsung Wallet and being able to pay with a tap. The Galaxy AI is very helpful from editing pictures or just anything you need. Battery lasts me up to 2 days with just light surfing, calls or texts. The camera takes good pictures and is more responsive than my S8. Overall, the S24 is a "keeper" and really able to meet my needs and more.
