All my financial, gaming, streaming, and social is done on this device. The only issue I had was with the finger print sensor, but my phone was replaced right away without any issues. Sometimes I have issues with signal but that's my only complaint. I have enjoyed trying out the Galaxy AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working in retail you never know what obstacles you're going to face each day. Biggest issue everyone faces is the language barrier. When I heard about the Galaxy AI platform on the S24 series I knew I needed an upgrade! There's no frantic search of finding a translation app, right there in the drop down is Interpretor - that translates as you're having a on going conversation. My sales have nearly doubled since I upgraded to the S24. Most mind-blowing feature, live translate. Same scenario but this time while on a call. Galaxy AI will in real time translate the conversation for me in audio and visual! Samsung... my hat is off to you. Thank you!

Little over a week into owning the S24 and so far it seems like a decent phone. I really miss two features my last phone had and they are chop to turn on flashlight and rock to turn on camera. I thought this was an Android thing but apparently is was just a Motorola feature. Some bad things about this phone is that I tried wireless charging on a charge station(not a Samsung brand) and I fell asleep for about an hour and woke up to a phone that I could almost fry and egg on, luckily it didn't seem to cause any ill affects to the phone. Also, one can't really use it while it is charging because it overheats bigtime, even when using a lower watt(less than 10w) charger. My last phone would get warm but not this hot. The reason I bought this phone was my previous phone that is about 2 years old the battery was getting weak and needed to be charged twice a day. This phone the battery isn't much better because of the capacity, last one was 5000mah and this is 4000mah. If I play a game on this phone for about a hour or so it will eat up half the battery, it's a puzzle game and didn't think it would stress the battery on this phone that much, I could have just as well stuck with the old phone for a while longer. I saw reviews of the how the screen colors don't look good, after I did some changes the screen colors look great. I even have to turn the brightness down to less than half during the day but this is inside. I have yet to try it outside in the sunlight, even my last phone I couldn't see the screen on full brightness but I think with the brightness level this has I think I should be able to see it. Not really impressed with a number of the Samsung apps, most of the normal apps I use such as phone, message, clock, photos, even the keyboard I switch to Google. Really disappointed that the phone app didn't have a built in visual voicemail feature, I even switched it out for Google Phone and for some reason the option to turn on visual voicemail is greyed out and locked. This phone uses a separate voicemail app. So far I am pleased enough not to return it. Just disappointed in the features my last phone had that this one doesn't, and this one was triple the cost.

My new Samsung S24 is the phone I would recommend to "everyone" that uses a cellphone, no matter what "brand name" you might prefer. I've owned some of the best phones ever made by Samsung. The Captivate, S3, S5, S7, S10e, and the S21. All great phones. But the S24, at this time, is by far the future of cellphone technology. Looks great, easy to use, easy to hold. And every page/screen is fast and seamless. Battery life is unbelievable! Whether I'm using this phone for calls, messages, photos, emails, games, etc, the battery life is amazing! And with its "AI capabilities", and 7 years of updates, this phone is truly ready for the future. Thank you once again Samsung, for another amazing product. Take care.

I say this needing to mention that my last phone was lost and never recovered. Samsung made it possible to recover almost every bit of missing data I could have had. The Galaxy S24 comes in beautiful colors, the new AI interface seamlessly prompts you into gathering any data you could possibly need out from every angle and platform possible. I thought my world had changed and I had lost a missing link to the most important part of my career, my clients. All lost right in the middle of my transition from my employer of almost 4 years into a more independent role, this would have been a very difficult issue to overcome without the guarantee of loyalty I had worked so hard to earn. I am so grateful I made Samsung my choice in a new phone, mostly based on the positive reviews I'd heard about the new AI experiences in the new galaxy but it's been so much more than just that. My last device was a phone. This one is a friend, a friend who has earned my loyalty.
