Worst Iteration of a Samsung Phone ever
The Samsung S24 is hands down the worst phone I've ever used. The AI features are nice but my life wouldn't be that different if I didn't have them. The phone constantly freezes. Apps constantly freeze. The camera app gets stuck at times. Google/Gmail other apps tend to freeze/crash. The battery life is subpar. I get through the morning and my phone is already below 50%. For a bit the 5G connectivity was bad as well but I think that got sorted out. The phone feels slow, which I'm guessing is related to the apps always freezing. I've upgraded my Samsung phone every year and this year is the first time that I feel so underwhelmed. I miss my Samsung S23. I'm not sure if it is even worth getting my phone exchanged under warranty. I doubt I'm the only one facing these issues.

Samsung Care+ has you covered. Talk about the ultimate peace of mind! When your phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be typically fixed without having to send your it in for service. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. Now, if you are having issues with any apps freezing or crashing, even after updates, there are a few things you can try to resolve your problem. Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help. If your phone is displaying a "Camera Failed" message, freezing, lagging, or the preview is not working, the good news is that it's most likely a software issue and not a physical problem with the camera. Your Galaxy S24 has an intelligent, all-day battery that allows you more game time, watch time and you time. On average, you can watch up to 28 hours of videos or listen up to 72 hours of music on your Galaxy S24! As the 5G infrastructure grows, it won't be long before your city has optimal 5G coverage as well. If you are in a coverage area, the device may switch to LTE during periods of heavy use to maintain optimal device performance. Whenever 5G coverage is not available, your phone will automatically fall back to 4G or 3G speeds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera on my S24 has exceed my expectations. I've heard mix reviews about the camera on samsung. I've heard that the best camera is on the s24 ultra, but when you consider the specs of the s24 and the setting options. Using AI to generate images also comes in handle when you can't find that picture yourself online, it's actually pretty amazing. The phone is fast and has other great features, but the camera is what sold me.

So far so good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from my former carrier to tmobile and decided to go with the Galaxy S24 FE in the color blue. So far, the phone is impressive in many different ways and I only have just a couple of issues with it so far. The issues I have noticed is that the phone seems to get very hot from time to time when it is charging. Also, the battery runs out quicker than I expected it to. My last issue is that the blue color of the phone is nowhere near the same color as they appear online. The actual color of the phone is such a light blue that you almost cannot tell it's even blue. Other than that though, so far the phone seems great and I would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously researched phones and each year would pick the best one... I went through the Note series for a bit but my S series phones have been so good. From casual gaming, social media and media these are more than just for entertainment. I've been able to through working days without my laptop using DeX, compatible mobile apps, all-day battery. Lots of online neetings work with built in mic and speakers or a headset or connected in my car. I prefer the plus size while my wife has the matching standard size. Both great phones. You can't go wrong with a Samsung! Ok, one more thing, unused to carry around a DSLR all the time for pictures... I really don't find myself using it. The camera in my phone is superb and there's lots of setting options that help me capture tons of great moments and memories.
Not what I expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would rather have my S-8. The S24 has issues: 1. KEYPAD IS NOT LARGE ENOUGH. I hit space bar and a "period" pops up. 2. Alerts is on steroids. 3. Phone is heavy. 4. Speaker volume is almost nonexistent. Hard to hear even at maximum volume. 5. I expected a marginal increase in speed loading videos. I see no difference. 6. I don't use AI intentionally. I know what I want don't want any AI in or on my phone making suggestions for me.
Samsung Galaxy S24 is the best

I love being able to hold your finger on a video to see it in slow motion. Also AI is an amazing addition that I am still learning all of its capabilities. The beautiful new colors available are gorgeous I chose the gold. I also added a watch which I am also enjoying very much. Samsung never disappoints me. Well done Samsung with some more new products.
Battery Lasts Forver!

This phone is durable and built to last, with more storage than I could possibly fill. I am so glad I finally made the switch, and I'm convincing others too with the ease of use, and quality of the S24. Meh...wish I would have kept my S21 5G.
I've only had this a couple of days, but I cannot tell much of a difference in performance or features from my S21. The battery seemingly has a little more life, but I also deleted a TON of pics, apps, messages, etc... before transferring data to the new S24. Yes, the AI might be a great feature, but it is not something I will probably ever use. The phone is actually smaller than my S21 (but just nominally smaller). And, as someone else commented on earlier, Samsung, you can't even include a charging cable?? Even your instruction literature states that the S24 includes a cable. Pretty cheap on your end! And, please fix your wallet case engineering. The first wallet cases were awesome, but every succeeding iteration gets farther from the functions and reasons I bought the first one years ago.
