Samsung did two updates on my phone recently and now my notifications work randomly. I am now missing text messages. I'm not paying att a deductible to replace a phone that samsung broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is very durable and reliable. The only thing that gets annoying is how when I unlock the phone it would open the wallet app. There should be a certain place to swipe to open it instead of opening it every time I unlock it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the Samsung s24! I have always been a big fan of the devices created by Samsung, and the phones never miss. I have had the A series, the galaxies, but these s24 and the s24 ultra are top tier. I love the advanced auto focus on the camera. The photo correction done automatically by the camera. I also love the quality of the pictures. All followed by the great functionality, easy to use, advanced use, and highly efficient capabilities of this phone. This phone is quick, the screen resolution is outstanding, and it feels like it never overheats. I love the battery life and the option to only charge it to 80% to play it safe. The blue screen function that was introduced in earlier models and I feel like it only becomes ever so more efficient as the phones go on. Last but not least, this phone is light, durable, and slick. It looks clean, I have this nice darkish silver color and it's never a struggle to keep the phone clean with no tight crevices to fight with or massive charging port. This phone is off the chart!

I'm a typical phone user; my old Galaxy phones are of high quality and have stood the test of time— I expect nothing less from this device; I haven't been disappointed thus far. Almost all features are familiar and I started to use this phone as if I have been using it for years. However, this also means that there are not many tangible improvement or innovation. Galaxy AI features are not visibly ready to be utilized for significant productivity improvement. Hardware seems to be almost the same. I wish I had moved to Plus or Ultra model to experience something new, if not the big price hike.
