Quality phone from Samsung, as usual. Only issue is the annoying Appcloud app that Samsung pushes out and can't be removed. Otherwise, this phone would be 5*. Buying from AT/T was easy and quick, as always.
Galaxy S24 isn't the quality I expected.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has its pros and cons. I like all the new AI features, such as note assist, chat assist, and photo assist just to name a few. However it's not the samsung galaxy quality I've come to expect from the Galaxy models. I don't get some notifications, and it will freeze sometimes, and the biggest disappointment is there's no slot for a SD memory card.

Very disappointed with S24.

No clarity, simple shots/ pics are pixilated and lacks details. A ton of features older version of galaxy phone that I used to enjoy were all taken off. I still feel My S10 still better. S24 is definitely waste of money. I regret buying this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had nothing but Samsung phones since they first released the note. My most recent one was the S23 Ultra until I upgraded to the S24. I like how the S24 is smaller but that's about all I like. The battery does not last very long at all. The volume is not loud. All the advertised features of the S24 like Google AI, text assist, and live translate are all kind of jokes. Talk to text does not work nowhere how slow I speak or how I have the settings. There's honestly not much different on the S24 and the S10. I will never choose the newest phone on the market again.

Love this phone

Loved the S23 Ultra also as my previous phone, but ultimately appreciated the smaller size and lighter weight of this one. Fits well in pockets and purses - the girlies will understand that struggle. So sleek, doesn't glitch very often, and im dependanton my phone all day every day for work emails, internet, texting, etc. What's not to love?!

Not Worth the Upgrade
If my S21 had not stopped supporting some apps, I would not have upgraded. The S24 has some new features (not worth the price) and some old features don't work. The fact that none of my saved logins and passwords did not transfer made for a very long day getting things up to speed.

Samsung has fallen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last phone was the samsung s 10 and it was going to be my last samsung device but this S24 was practically forced on to me. Well feature wise it alittle faster and brighter than my old phone...other than that the s10 wins in resolution, picture, sd card expansion. Man that phone was decent this s24 feels like a knock off of a non Droid brand I won't mention here. Bottom line for the price there are better options. This phone feels like an expensive "galaxy A" instead of a galaxy s series. Oh and the new galaxy ai feature chip or whatever. I rather not have it and have a nicer screen and sdcard slot. There's no button to activate it so I assume it's always listening and to be frank that's the worst feature of this device. I had been with samsung since the first Galaxy S, now that was a great phone, we'll now the brand has become lackluster and not worth the price tag on it there are better phones that cost literally half the price with specs on par with the ultra out there. If I was not stuck on an eip plan this phone woulda been sold already. I'm so disappointed in samsung now you all have no idea since the S4-S5 samsung has been going in a down hill spiral and after i had hands on this S24 you got to wonder if samsung even cares for people who buy thwir priducts anymore. Don't buy this rip off of a disappointing phone.
