These paper towels go a long long way, better than any store brand or name brand I have bought previously. Usually go through an 8 roll package in less than two weeks, for some reason these last almost an entire month. Maybe it's the design of them, but the saying a little goes a long way also holds true with these. I use them for general cleaning purposes and drying purposes if my kitchen towels are in the wash. Super absorbent.

Wow, you changed the paper towels. You only made 2.2 Billion dollars in profit in 2024. Guess you didn't make enough money so you had to cheapen the paper towels. I use these for work. 10 years ago the main reason I joined Sams was because these were so superior to anything else. You can't hate gigantic corporations enough. Guess BILLIONS to your share holders just isn't enough. Unbelievable.

The quality has changed. I always buy member's mark paper towels and I just received a new order today and the paper towel quality is not the same. I still had some left from my last order and compared them both and this new batch totally sucks and feels cheap and thin now.

Great Value Bundle... They all shipped separately. The only downside was that the box, contained a disgustingly dirty box cutter, WITH THE BLADE OUT, which almost cut me. Customer Service didn't seem to think this was an issue. I am extremely grateful I didn't have my son open the box up. I cant even imagine what would have happened.

This paper towel used to be of great quality until recently. Not only were the graphics changed for the packaging, but the quality had taken a turn for the worst. Yes, the paper towels are softer, but the absorbency is NOT up to par anymore. Why change a good thing. Please, go back to the quality this paper towel once had. Please!

I only recently decided to try these paper towels, instead of buying my usual, more expensive brand-name paper towel...and I'm so glad I did!!! These paper towels are thick two-ply, quality paper towels, very absorbant. These will be my go-to for paper towels from now on!

Not what they used to be. Don't waste your money. You are better off stick8ng to name brands and buying on sale. The only good thing about this roll is the amount of towels on the roll…but the quality is comparable to the cheapest brands you can find.

I have bought this for a while now but couldn't find any due to the pandemic panic buying! My husband finally got a pack in May 2020 but I was very disappointed when I opened it up! It looked and felt like a one dollar store! The texture has been watered down and therefore does not absorb like it used to. As evident in the compared photos, you'd see that the embossed print on the sheets have also changed which indicates something has been altered in the production line! I will not be buying this again!

I’ve been buying Sam’s paper towel brand for years and until recently it was comparable to Charming brand quality. Something happened within the last few months. Different supplier or different formulation. The result is a poor quality product. The paper is much thinner and it breaks apart easier. A year ago I would have given it 5 starts. Today it gets one.

I have been using these paper towels for very long time, but I think after all that Corona, these paper towels changed in their texture. They feel harder now, more uncomfortable. Still like the half size of tearing the paper. I liked to use them as a napkin, but now just to rough. Like on everything, prize went up for a less good product. But I will keep buying them.
