Not good quality anymore

We've been buying these for year and they are NOT what they used to be. They're thinner and no longer tear on the line! The quality has went down.

Something changed

Buy them all the time, but they’re different now. Thinner and leaves a lot of lint behind. Won’t be buying them again

I was buying a name brand because I don't like the select-a-size rolls, but the cost just got to be ridiculous. I haven't had one regret since switching to these paper towels.

Completely different

Used to be my favorite paper towels to buy for years. Ripped easily, were just as absorbent as name brand, and had NO complaints. They definitely changed how they make them now as well as the toilet paper. Very disappointed!

Not equivalent to Bounty

Normally buy Bounty, but our Sam's was out of it, so I tried this. Most Members Mark products are excellent, and this is a good product, but it isn’t an equivalent to Bounty.

buy name brand

The quality in these have gone way down! They are very thin and rough. This is disappointing. This is a product I have purchased from Sam’s for years. This is disappointing. If you guys change the toilet paper too, I’m leaving.

Horrible

I bought these towels on June 2, 2026. They are horrible!!! They DO NOT tear where they are supposed to... So aggravating!!! I bought these previously and they were not this bad. Price keeps going up, quality keeps going down. Grrr...
