Every since we switched to Members' Mark paper towels we have felt we made the right decision. The paper quality is just the same as the higher priced towels. They are even soft and pick up and hold quite a lot!

I love the Members Mark paper towels. They are strong enough, so often a half sheet will do the job. They are individually wrapped so they can be stored in the garage or basement without worry of getting dusty.

Better than most of the paper towels on the market. Great price point, great durability, and absorbs/cleans well. Love the select a size to use a whole sheet if needed or half if not. Perfect.

I have always used Bounty and was concerned these would be "cheap" comparatively, but have usually been pleasantly surprised with member's mark brand, so decided to try it. There is barely a difference and they are half the price per sq. ft. I just wish I would have switched sooner!

I gave Sam’s 2 Stars because I had to pay shipping for the paper towels Even after they were on my previous order and not available in the store. Why did I not have the option to ship free? Sam’s and Walmart are just greedy. The Company cannot exist without the customers. Give us a break. The prices are already outrageous!

The quality has definitely gone down. I have been buying these paper towels for the past several years and did a double take when I tore off a piece of the recent roll because I thought that they may have been from the Dollar store. Nope they are from Sam’s! Very disappointed. Classic case of quality goes down but the price goes up!

they have intentionally engineered the roles so that you waste the first two levels of paper towels. when you try to separate the first paper towel you're going to run into a second layer that rips out "unintentionally". there is no chance this is not an intentional design to waste product. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

its June 9th 2026, got my bulk order of paper towels for the month Sams Club changed their Paper Towels. These new Look and Feel VERY ROUGH also THEY ARE LESS ABSORBANT.....THIS IS TRUELY UPSETTING 😡. Love that this paper towel is nice and thick and works well. Only one thing I dislike and that is the silly idea of the select a size half sheets that tear too easy. Sam's stopped selling the normal FULL sheet version of this for some reason. There is another product they carry that is FULL sheets but extremely thin and not a good option. Not sure where this useless idea of split sheets came from but sure wished Sam's would continue with this thicker paper towel in the FULL sheet version. Thanks

At first thought, I assumed I had found a great buy on a perfect paper towel. Was really excited about that because our family goes through them like crazy. But after using them for awhile, I discovered that they “shed” like crazy, leaving a heavy layer of lint all over the kitchen counter where they sit! This makes me think that such shedding results in tiny paper particle residue being left on and inside dishes and cookware that have been hand-dried with them. That’s not good. I will go back to my Brawny Tear-A-Square Three-Ply Triple Roll towels, which are THE best we’ve ever used.
