These paper towels are durable and absorbent. I have one complaint – there is a variation in the size of the paper towel holder in the middle. The cardboard part. I purchased these a few weeks ago and they rolled right off of my paper towel holder, I purchased them again and the hole in the middle is too small for them to roll from my paper towel holder. I know it sounds trivial or minor, but you should be able to reach over and snap a paper towel off of the roll and have it roll smoothly. I really wish there would be some quality control around making these consistent every time.

This paper towel used to be of great quality until recently. Not only were the graphics changed for the packaging, but the quality had taken a turn for the worst. Yes, the paper towels are softer, but the absorbency is NOT up to par anymore. Why change a good thing. Please, go back to the quality this paper towel once had. Please!

I’ve been buying Sam’s paper towel brand for years and until recently it was comparable to Charming brand quality. Something happened within the last few months. Different supplier or different formulation. The result is a poor quality product. The paper is much thinner and it breaks apart easier. A year ago I would have given it 5 starts. Today it gets one.

Have been using these paper towels for years. This last batch was horrible. First off, there is no single sheet to tear. They are double sheets that are not perforated all the way through. So not only do you have to use more sheets because there is no single sheet, but they are not perforated all the way through. Hoping this is just one bad batch, but if the next one is the same, I will definitely purchase another brand.

I'm not sure what has changed, but theres so much lint that is falling from these rolls lately. We can actually see the small chunks of lint on the paper towels and they drop on our counter every time we pull off a towel to use. Never had this happen before, but its making such a mess.

I just bought a new pack of the Super premium paper towels. I really liked these paper towels-but I noticed right away that they were different. They are not the same...they are very rough and don't feel like they are the same quality. I had an old roll of unopened Supper Premium PT (dated March 23) and we did a comparison and it is very noticeable. The March package is soft and strong..the July package was rough and doesn't feel strong at all. Please change back...

I bought these on a few occasions hoping to like them, and I can't do it! They have a strange odor, leave lint behind, and are thinner than bounty, so you have to use more to do the same job. The only good thing about them is that they are individually wrapped. The sad part is that there are worse paper towels in the marketplace. I would recommend b/c not many people are as picky as I.

Paper towels are fine but Sams Plus Membership is not worth it, my items that are to be shipped should be shipped in a protective box and not just set on the the cement porch where all kinds of critters crawl day and night. Not sanitary. There are raccoons that can carry roundworms, possums, armadillos, bugs, mice and stray tomcats that spray on the items left unprotected.

The quality of these paper towels has really gone down hill. They use to be fairly thick and absorbent, and now as soon as the water hits them, they just disintegrate. They are so flimsy now. I sure hate this because the price keeps going up, but the quality has diminished. I will have to find something else. This is one of the main reasons i shopped at Sam's club so, I wouldn't have to be in the stores buying paper towels every week.

I am very surprised by the overwheming positive reviews. I purchased these based on them and was truly dismayed. I have always purchased Bounty and, honestly, I use them for just about everything. However, these Member's Mark Paper Towels are not even in the same league. You have to use triple the number of sheets to perform half as well as Bounty. Saving money is about more than dollars and cents. The bottom line is "Value" and I fiound absoluely Zero Value buting theses "Mega Role" (joke) Towels.
