I am a frequent buyer of these paper towels. And have always loved them. I just got some and they are not the same. They are more paper feeling than cotton.

The quality in these have gone way down! They are very thin and rough. This is disappointing. This is a product I have purchased from Sam's for years. This is disappointing. If you guys change the toilet paper too, I'm leaving.

The quality has changed. I always buy member's mark paper towels and I just received a new order today and the paper towel quality is not the same. I still had some left from my last order and compared them both and this new batch totally sucks and feels cheap and thin now.

The manufacturer changed the bar code, the quilting pattern, they are thinner, stiff, and are rough enough to scratch your hands (NOT something you want to wipe your face with). Given the choice, I would have paid more to keep the same thick and soft towel. After using these 15 rolls of sandpaper for wiping up spills and not much else, I don't think I will buy them anymore.

These paper towels used to be great. We purchased them for years upon years. Lately the couple packages, not rolls, have been easily torn and feel cheaper. We can't even rip a sheet without it tearing apart towards the bottom. When we first started using these years ago, they were on point with Bounty. They could be reused and weren't easily torn. They are not the same. I don't know exactly when the change began happening, but even our kids have started to ask why they are tearing so easily.

For years Members Mark paper towels have been good quality and price until a few months ago they were stiff with a sticky residue and didn't tear at perforation. I thought it was a bad batch and bought again only to find them so stiff and harsh we couldn't wipe our mouths with them. Walmart brand are close in price and much softer yet strong enough to clean with.

The papertowels are great. But shame on you for denying shipping to my address for this and toilet paper. It makes it easy for a mother to have these items delivered and you took that option away. Along with many of the other heavier and bulky items.

I'm not sure what happen to the quality of these paper towels as of recently. They use to be good- not bounty good- but good. They have made them less absorbant, this is the last time purchased. I'm going to have to switch to Bounty. Sam's please do better :(
