The price is right!

I have noticed a little more lint than usual, but they are our towels of choice. The price is right, although I notice they are becoming a little more expensive. No inflation, right? HAH. Yees, they are worth it!

I have been buying these for years. They are sturdy, great for wiping messes, and easy on the hands. We use paper towels in our home probably more than the average. They are my top favorite.

Why did you change your paper towels?

My last purchase members mark paper towels in Dec 2025 was so disappointing. I've been buying these for over 25 years and now Sams has changed the formulation, they are thin and don't hold up. Just terrible

Quality Has Declined

We have used these towels for years and have been very happy with them; unfortunately the quality was degraded in the recent package we bought. They were thinner, stiff, and didn't tear as well. Sam's has evidently moved to a different supplier.

Horrible quality control issues. The towels don't tear where they are supposed to tear. You either get a very large sheet or a torn sheet. very wasteful.

Quality has changed

Something happened to the quality. We have been purchasing these towels for years and this latest purchase is different. They are thinner and coarser. Not sure what happened but I'm not happy with them.

Used to be great, now feel cheaply made.

I have used these paper towels for years and they have always been the best. But this last pack I bought, they are different. They feel like a cheap paper towel. I'm really bummed about this.

Why did the quality of these decline dramatically?

I have used these paper towels for a very long time and was very happy with quality of them. My recent purchased has completely changed my opinion of them. They are very thin and I will not purchase them again.
