It just spins on the towel dispenser and you get more than wanted and have to roll the mess back up. Fix the perforation of the towels.

They use to be fairly thick and absorbent, and now as soon as the water hits them, they just disintegrate. They are so flimsy now. I sure hate this because the price keeps going up, but the quality has diminished. I will have to find something else. This is one of the main reasons i shopped at Sam's club so, I wouldn't have to be in the stores buying paper towels every week.

I finally decided to give the Members Mark Towels a try. I seriously don't notice ANY difference. So with that, here's the math I plugged before I purchased. Posting to save others time: Sam's 15 rolls x 150 sheets; 95.5 square meters - $18.48 = $.19/s.m. Bounty 12 rolls x 120 sheets; 58.8 square meters - $19.98 = $.34/s.m. Bounty 12 rolls x 147 sheets; 73.2 square meters - $25.98 = $.35/s.m. In other words, Bounty is almost TWICE AS MUCH! Never again. Click helpful if it was; curious if anyone reads this. Thanks.

Stick to bounty, best in market, or make them stronger so they can actually soak up some water with 1-2 paper towels and not 4-6. My husband needs to use 5-6 to dry his hands.

However, in the last delivery I received, there is a noticeable drop in quality. The towel is much thinner and one sheet is not enough to dry your hands after washing. The towel used to be plush with the embossing and now it is barely visible. Even the perforation is sub-standard, often not able to be torn cleanly. This towel was a bargain when the quality was good, but now it is no longer worth it.

Can't Get Any Thinner

Had a fairly good stock pile so I have not purchased any for myself since December 2022. Recently purchased and discovered the product has changed, and not for the better. It was immediately obvious they are thinner and rougher. Also very frustrating /difficult to tear and more often than not you do not get a "select a size" but rather a full sheet (which if I wanted full sheets I would buy full sheet). I'd be embarrassed to recommend them now. Not sure if I will purchase again, maybe will in hopes that based on reviews they will change back to a better product. I am a huge Sam's supporter, but this product is no longer a winner...very disappointed

I shouldn't have to put in the "Special Instructions" box to leave the products on my front porch, which is standard, where it's visually protected from the road by bushes. Instead, they put it out in front of my garage in the wide open for all to see & risk "porch pirates" stealing my products. The distance difference is merely 20 feet. That's lazy & unacceptable.
