Over the last year or so these towels, for a 2 ply, are more the thickness of one. I would only expect that this would adjust back with the economy improving.

The quality is down it was several paper towels that didn't even have lines to tear which is a big waste piece went up quality went down sad do better Sam's club

Huge drop in quality.

Used to be one of our favorite items to buy from Sam’s Club. He’s worth it incomparable to bounty for a better price. Now they’re cheap and flimsy and the layers separate. Whoever made the decision to drop the quality of this item needs to fix their mistake. So tired of companies lowering quality and still expecting customers to still pay full price.

declining quality

I have been buying these paper towels for more than 8 years now, I noticed with the last 2 purchases that the towels are thinner, less absorbant, and the 2 plys keep coming apart when you tear them apart... even the ends. very little quilting on them anymore. I know walmart can afford to do better! let go of your greed!

Quality issue now

Something is going on with the way these paper towels are manufactured now. They used to work great but now they leave fuzzy bits of paper behind when you wipe off your counter or dry your hands. They need to go back to the original formula. They used to be great paper towels. Sometimes change isn’t for the best!

Changed for the worse

They’ve changed the thickness of each sheet so it is now almost see-through. The new paper towels no longer soak up the mess as they did before the change. It’s not like it was a different package either, huge change from roll to roll. Makes me not trust members mark brand.

Quality changed

I have bought MM paper towels for years and was extremely happy with them until recently. The newest ones I bought are a completely different, lesser quality. They are thinner and a rougher texture. They don't seem like the same paper towels at all.

Unacceptable

Will have to find other paper towels. These are definitely different from what I’m used to getting with the Members Mark name in it. A little bit thinner and an unacceptable roughness. I can only assume you changed the formula and dropped the quality. Totally unacceptable.
