Quality paper towel

I've been purchasing Member's Mark Paper Towels for years. Like others have commented there is a major change in the quality and not for the better. The sheets are much thinner and less absorbent. I did try to call customer service as others were told to do, and they hung up on me. I guess I won't be purchasing paper towels from Sam's club any longer. In fact, with quality going down and the elimination of free delivery unless you spend $50.00 or more, I don't plan on renewing my membership either.

Strong ribbed

The perforations are terrible! The paper towels are good paper towels, but you end up using too many because of the perforations! They do not release or tear easily at the perforations and then rip in the middle of the next paper towel! The perforations definitely need to be corrected because these are not a good buy when you are using double the amount of paper towels that you normally would.

It’s great quality!

Sadly, I cannot really recommend this brand of paper towels if you are looking for something really absorbent. We purchased this item because our usual choice of Bounty wasn't available. For every half sheet of Bounty, I had to use about three half sheets of this paper towel. However, if absorbency is not an issue for you, then this item may be something that you may want to purchase.

A good product

Have used these towels for years with no real complaints. During the paper shortage caused by COVID, I switched to Bounty, and was happy with that product. With my supply running low, I switched back to Members Mark. The initial cost per roll is that Bounty cost approx. 50% higher vs. Members Mark per roll. However, this is deceiving. As I used the Members Mark brand, I noticed that the towels were just not absorbing as well as the Bounty. I did a sheet by sheet comparison, and noticed that although both were two ply towels, the Members Mark was at least 50% thinner than the Bounty, and took at least 50% more to absorb liquids. Maybe I never noticed it before since I have been using the Members Mark for several years. As for cleaning glass or mirrors, Bounty works very well, but the Members Mark streaks horribly. For those that have been using the Members Mark, go to the grocery store and buy a single of Bounty and then compare the two for general wipe ups and cleaning. There is no comparisons; Bounty out performs the Members Mark by a wide margin. While the initial costs of Makers Mark seems like you are saving money, you will find that you use at least 50% more towels than Bounty, and in the long run you'll wind up paying more for the Members Mark towels because you will use twice as much. Believe me; in the long run you will save more using Bounty because you will use less product. If you're using Members Mark next to a wash basin to dry your hands, they're OK; but if you need paper towels for clean up buy the Bounty. Take the test yourself and compare Members Mark with Bounty; you will find there really isn't any comparison. Switch to Bounty; you won't regret it.
