Terrible delivery service. The delivery folks couldn't get the product to scan when they arrived at my house so they would not leave the delivery so now it shows on line that I refused delivery which is totally wrong. So I don't know if I have to reorder or if they will deliver again with a hand held scanner that works.

These paper towels are a good quality and perfectly portioned. The rolls are plentiful so we won't go through them too quickly. They handled scrubbing a few servings of washed potatoes well before tearing. I'd recommend them and will be buying them again.

We have used the Members Mark paper towels for years. We have periodically purchased other brands because we live 30 miles from the closest club and ran to a local store when we were out. We have never found a better paper towel. I was running low recently a decided to see if I could purchase online and have them delivered. Was able to do so and very happy that I did.

I always used full sheet paper towels. Didn't think I liked the 'select & tear'. I quickly got hooked on these Member's Mark Paper Towels. I now buy them online with free shipping. I also send them to my daughter. I can't use any other brand or style. I use lots of paper towels. These are the best ever. Have been buying them for a couple years, and hope Sam's never discontinues them. The online purchase allows much more room in my shopping cart when I shop in store at Sam' Club! These are my favorite paper towels. There’s two sizes to use on each roll which helps with small or large clean ups. Love these to wipe down kitchen counter and bathroom cleaning. They are heavy duty and never tear when I’m cleaning around the house. Good quality for the price.

Only paper towels we buy! We try to not use too many but now we have a new puppy so had to order extras, and it looks like we'll have to order even more. He's a male, 7 months old, and not yet neutered. We are assured that he will stop this silliness once he is, I sure hope so!! He has marked just about everything! Member's Mark paper towels are premium quality, I would compare them to any other out there and I think they would win!!

These paper towels are as good as the expensive name brands. They do what a paper towel is supposed to do. Who cares if they absorb large spills, I don't use them that way anyway. That's what a cloth is for. So these are a great value and good quality as are most things that Members Mark offers.

These paper towels are great. I love that they're individually wrapped because I have to keep them in my garage and bring them in one roll at a time as needed. They are as good as any high-quality one out there and way better than the cheaper made products, and for a great price!

these have been our go to paper towels for over four years, but the last eight months have seen a huge quality control issue arise. Out of the 150 sheets per roll we now get only 90 - 110, the rest are destroyed in the act of trying to create one 11x6 sheet. The perforations are no longer reliable.

These paper towels are durable and absorbent. I have one complaint – there is a variation in the size of the paper towel holder in the middle. The cardboard part. I purchased these a few weeks ago and they rolled right off of my paper towel holder, I purchased them again and the hole in the middle is too small for them to roll from my paper towel holder. I know it sounds trivial or minor, but you should be able to reach over and snap a paper towel off of the roll and have it roll smoothly. I really wish there would be some quality control around making these consistent every time.
