I needed many more pieces of the paper towel to dry hands, dishes, counters. It wound up costing me more than the name brand I usually buy because I needed three or more sheets of Member’s Mark paper towels rather than one sheet of Bounty. Very disappointed.

These paper towels are very absorbent and I love that you can use half sheets. We prefer these Members Mark paper towels over any that we have ever used in the past. And best of all, they are cheaper than the ones I used to buy! They are also septic safe!

I am bummed. I have bought these paper towels for years. This most recent pack I bought is a total disappointment. These once great paper towels are so incredibly rough. I have also recently bought a pack of Sam’s napkins, which are also very rough and thin. Their tissues this year are also not soft. I’ll bet their toilet paper is next :(

These are my go-to paper towels. They are super durable, absorbant and dependable! I use them to clean everything from the bathroom to the kitchen at home and even those nasty messes around the farm! They perform great when cleaning those stuck on messes I have to scrub! I dont have to worry about them deteriorating in my hand like other name brand paper towels do.

These are perfectly good paper towels that do the job just as well as the brand names, but at a significant savings. I prefer the smaller sections on these rolls as an option for creating less waste, even though the majority of the time I tear off two sections. The packaging is done well, though individually wrapping each roll is bad for our planet (but great for our convenience). Overall, no real good reason to pay more for the big brands.

I've always bought these paper towels in the past but this time, the paper towels have changed. They're thinner and feels cheap/rough. What is the reason to change a perfectly fine product? Over the years the prices have constantly gone up and I've never complained because the paper towels were good quality. Now I'm having second thoughts.

Quality has CRASHED! They feel like sandpaper, hurts to dry your hands. Soon as water hits it it instantly gets soggy then falls apart. You definitely CANNOT clean with them unless you pull off %26 bunch up about 20 of them at once. Last batch for me. Back to VIVA it is

What happened to my favorite paper towels??? These are stiff, rough feeling and DO NOT tear properly. They are the worst paper towels and I am so hoping this is a random bad batch because of it's permanent-you've lost me forever... And I LOVE my paper towels.

These paper towels have a premium feel and are very absorbent. I think they’re as good as any name-brand paper towels I’ve purchased. I stock them at my office for staff and clients, and they have met our needs well! The overall value is a huge plus.

Terrible! Significant drop in quality - I've loyally purchased these for years, believing the quality was exceptional, especially at the price point. Heard to believe how quickly one could tell a difference, but it was literally *the instant* I opened the larger package. Both the wrapping of the individual rolls and the paper towels themselves feel noticably rougher, as though either the materials or processing has been dramatically downgraded. Unpleasantly surprised.
