This head of cauliflower was nice and fresh, but be sure to watch for quality. In the past I’ve gotten beads that were covered with a fuzzy mold that I didn’t notice until I got it home. This is the first head I’ve bought in a long time due to previous quality issues, so hopefully that’s been recognized and taken care of.

Because I am on a low carb diet, many of the standard dishes to make a meal are out of my eating plan. Cauliflower makes a great substitute for potatoes, rice and even pastas. This cauliflower was enormous with a tight head. Perfect for breaking up into florets, creating cauliflower rice and even cauliflower mashed "potatoes". I can enjoy most of my favorites and still stay low carb.

Whenever I need cauliflower and will be going to Sam's I always purchase it there. I can get a LARGE head for a lower price than the traditional grocery store. I figure for the price I'm paying if I have to toss part of the cauliflower I still haven't lost any money. If you are feeding a large group you will definitely appreciate this large size. It tastes just as good as the smaller heads purchased elsewhere.

Love the size, quality and shelf life of Sam's Club cauliflowers. We sprinkle it with olive oil and smoke the cauliflower florets on a tray in the smoker along with whatever meat is in there and then serve it up with a homemade sharp cheddar cheese sauce. The taste is outstanding.

This was the largest and freshest head of cauliflower we have ever bought. It was so fresh that it lasted in the refrigerator for two weeks over the course of 6 meals (2 people). The taste was delicious and the texture stayed firm and crispy. Even the core and leaves were delicious when sliced and sauted.

Not all the produce at Sam's is better priced than what I can get at other stores, particularly Aldi, which also has a good selection of unique produce at good prices, although it's a smaller selection. So if you want to save, know your price comparisons. On super hot days you can treat yourself to the super-cold extra-refrigerated produce room at Sam's, because IT IS super cold in there. The heads of cauliflower were LARGE, fresh and white, and worth the price compared to regular stores. My only complaint is that they often have a big slice mark through the edible part (not just at Sam's), apparently caused from a stray chop during harvesting. This bothers me because the produce turns brown where the slice is, and I imagine more germs from the field and during transport get into the wounded cauliflower head, and I have to cut around it after cleaning.

This has been a regular item for the cart. The heads are huge and make for at least 2 meals in our household. Such a versatile vegetable. Cauliflower steaks, buffolo bites in the airfryer, raw with dip the list is endless and online recipes never end. Price per pound cant be touched.

I always like the quality of the produce I get from Sam's. Nice and fresh and lasts a good long time. Definitely get my monies worth. I like to get this for general snacking purposes. Makes great finger food for get-togethers. Nice sized heads. Worth the money

Love cauliflower. These are usually large heads of cauliflower. Love to steam it and then toast some bread crumbs or panko in butter and toss the steamed cauliflower in them. Made cauliflower and white bean soup with the last head I bought. One of my favorite veggies

These heads of cauliflower are huge, I have not been able to find anything close at the grocery stores. I use it to make cauliflower lasagna and I only need one head because of the size. It would take two (and twice the money) heads from the grocery store to make the same dish.
