Roasted cauliflower is one of our all-time favorite sides. You can’t beat the size of the cauliflower head at this price. Unfortunately, it’s pretty hit or miss getting a “perfect” head with now brown stops to trim. Still, don’t mind the little extra work for one of our favorites!
