Fresh, firm florets, economical and great for soups such as cauliflower and kale, as well as substitute for Homemade Buffalo Wings, rice and potatoes.

Since I prefer to use veggies instead of chips when eating dips, cauliflower is an easy vegetable to use. It takes a bit to clean and break into usable pieces for dipping, but it's healthy and worth the effort.

This cauliflower was so big and beautiful! No flaws anywhere and it made the best batch of caulimash I've made yet! Sam's selection of produce never disappoints!
