I don't know how they grow these to be almost the size of a bowling ball but I guess I don't care because they are fantastic!!! Make supermarket heads look like tennis balls!

Love the size that are sold at Sam's and the prices are great. The trick is to get them when they 1st are put out, they're not bruised and discolored.

This is the best deal on fresh cauliflower. I like to cut it into slabs, coat it lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and put into a 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes...delish!

Wish the person who picked this produce picked a better cauliflower for me. It was brown and old. The rest of the order was good except for the cauliflower

These are a great deal if you like cauliflower. I use cauliflower as a substitute for potatoes and some pastas in many recipes in order to monitor my blood sugar. These are usually huge and very fresh with a great taste

This cauliflower was so big and beautiful! No flaws anywhere and it made the best batch of caulimash I've made yet! Sam's selection of produce never disappoints!

These are great when they are A) in stock and B) in good shape. They roast wonderfully with a little oil mixed with soy sauce. We love to get a couple every time we shop.

You have to search for a fresh head of cauliflower. Not always in the top tier of boxes in the refrigerated section. I don’t always find one fresh enough (no dark spots) to take home.

These are nice large cauliflowers and roast well in the oven. Problem is that they go off quickly and often have brown spots that make them unattractive. Sure you can trim them, but I would rather have them spotless.
