[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a newbie in the wine world and have only been drinking cabernet for the past 5 years. I wanted to try Campo Viejo when we were at total wine. This specific temperanillo is smooth and warm, perfect for winter. It is not super acidic, and it went great with our snacks. This wine is in regular rotation in our household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely a nice bold red wine. Its not really my style since I drink lighter wines. I think it would be a great host gift and its not at all expensive. It looks like a very nice bottle also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Red wine, Tempranillo. Just the right amount of dryness with underlying hints of cherry and peppery to it like currants. Paired well with both heavy and light dishes, meat and vegetarian. Perfect for gifting, parties, nights in, and nights out. we'll definitely be looking for this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more of a dry wine. I prefer sweet but figured I’d give this a chance. I paired it with steak. The first sip was strong for me. I taste bitterness and dark cherries. Overall it was nice to try something outside of the norm but I would not repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the wine was good, but a little too fruity for my liking. however, I did appreciate how affordable it is. it's easy to drink, but not something I would consider adding to my normal routine. 2 glasses or more lead to a headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very thankful I got the opportunity to try this wine. I was really excited and had some friends over to chill and review it with me. Honestly, its definitely not my favorite! It is quite bitter and dry, the opposite of what I usually look for in a wine. it does have some subtle berry notes at the end of a sip which I found pleasant but not enough to fully enjoy it. Overall, it's not something I would buy again but people who like dry red wines may really like this one! Just not for me, thank you @influenster for letting me try this wine!

Truth is I've never owned my own bottle. It's a bit hard to find by me. It's first come first serve. And it flies of the shelves. I've always had a glass or two and never paid attention to it. So it's not bad. I just didn't indulge in it. So I'll have to redo this review when I do get some.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wine is not bad at all. It has a full bodied flavor, great for steak or cheese. You can definitely taste the cherry at the beginning and it finishes with a hint of vanilla and spices. I’d recommend for a great price point wine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually prefer a heavy bodied red wine, this was much lighter than I normally prefer, but the complexity of this wine made it very much worth drinking. There were obvious spicy notes, but the first taste that hits you is the cherry and such fruit notes. This wine paired well to our Spring Equinox bonfire. A toast to warmer weather on the horizon!
