I am not a fan of dry wines which is why I made mimosas with it but I did try a bit with nothing and it still has a good taste. Would recommend.

It was more expensive than I anticipated but it wasn't crazy. We opened the bottle on Christmas Eve to kick off our celebration. At first I didn't find it to have too much of an after taste but then I noticed it more the more I sipped. It was decently dry for a sparkling wine, maybe a tad sweet and almost a hint bitter but it wasn't bad. We drank the whole bottle so clearly not horrible! Lol I'm a champagne snob so not sure I'd repurchase for myself but I definitely would for a gift!
