[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Cava Brut variety and was pleasantly surprised! It had a great smooth taste and paired well with the cheese tray I had. Also, I’m glad that I had chilled the bottle because it was the perfect temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had seen this bottle many times but passed by for the more recognizable brands in the Sparkling / Champagne category. The label didn’t draw me in from a design perspective and the name is tricky to pronounce, but it is notably distinct with its black and hint of gold color scheme. What a pleasant surprise when I did try it out. It doesn’t break the bank from a price point perspective but definitely hits on the right notes when it comes to taste and flavor. Subtle hints of brioche mixed with a hit of nectarine, not too sweet and not too bubbly makes for an excellent toast to cheers to an anniversary birthday (or perhaps just after great day). I should mention I was reimbursed for my participation in reviewing this bottle, however all of my feedback is honest and true.

Hints of apple pear and citrus with a splash of ginger as well. It was very refreshing and light. Slightly on the sweeter side. Perfect for mimosas ! I really enjoyed it. Im usually more of a fan of Rose and other fruitier sweeter wines (sparkling wines as well). I didn’t hate this one even tho I went in fully expecting to hate it. It is dry but not to the point its offensive to the palate like others. It worked so well for mimosas. I bought another one to take with me to my friend’s bday party this weekend.

It was more expensive than I anticipated but it wasn't crazy. We opened the bottle on Christmas Eve to kick off our celebration. At first I didn't find it to have too much of an after taste but then I noticed it more the more I sipped. It was decently dry for a sparkling wine, maybe a tad sweet and almost a hint bitter but it wasn't bad. We drank the whole bottle so clearly not horrible! Lol I'm a champagne snob so not sure I'd repurchase for myself but I definitely would for a gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a good level of sweet aromas while still being a rather dry wine. Very bubbly for those who love the bubbles; I usually don’t drink champagne and bubbly drinks, but it is light and refreshing, and still holds my favorite dry profile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is light yellow in color and has a medium-intensity aroma of white fruits and flowers, dried fruits, toasted and herbaceous and vegetable touches, I love it. When it is taken it is fresh, pleasant and with abundant bubbles of the right size. It has good acidity, hints of flowers and toasted notes. This Freixenet cava is quite refreshing, with a good value for money

When I drink, I pretty much only drinking sparkling wine but this one was a little too dry for me. I would maybe buy it again for a gathering or something just because it is less expensive but the bottle makes it look nicer.
