This is a beautiful doll house. Its taller than my granddaughter and seems to be very well made. It came with all of the furniture and actual working lights. My granddaughter plays with it for hours

Made of pressed wood , real wood, and minimal plastic. A little difficulty putting together. End result, totally worth it. It's going to last and it's been used everyday since purchased.

My daughter LOVES this dollhouse. It is huge, bright, engaging and sturdy. **Adult assembly engineers - putting this together does take some time, I 100% suggest pulling up the BILT 3d instructions. The color pictures of the parts is a lifesaver.

When the package was delivered it had foot prints all over the top of the box like the delivery person had been using it for a step stool the entire day. Being mostly plastic , some parts were damaged
