Lint Will Be Everywhere

Beware. I thought this was a good deal on socks but the quality isn't there. Once you take these socks off, there will be lint everywhere. On the bottom of your feet, in between your toes. Just everywhere. I dread wearing these socks now because I know I will be picking lint off of my feet before hopping in the shower. It makes me not even want to wear these socks at all.

Quality has changed

We used to love these socks in all types. They have recently changed the quality for the bad. They are now made ofthinner, lower quality cotton & the ankle area tears & gets holes on both sides before the bottoms even wear through. Will watch for the old quality to return before ever purchasing again.

Different from past purchases and not good

I’ve bought these socks for years because they were comfortable and a high percentage of cotton. What I received is very different and very tight. I have a size 12 foot and had a hard time getting them on. I ended up giving them away and buying elsewhere. I do not recommend these and hope Sams will go back to there original socks.

Poor substitute for the Burlington socks

These Socks are great until you wash them!! and then they shrink down to kids size!!. I wear a size 11 shoe and these will not fit after I wash them and then they are soo tight. They are not the same as the old Burlington socks with the green stripe. I have been buying those Burlington socks forever and they DO last for a good long time. I will not buy them again!!

Great Quality has been Replaced by Cheaper Model

I've been buying these socks literally for the past 15 years. I still have many of the ones I originally bought. They've faded, but they're completely wearable. Each year, I buy more, both to replace those damaged from abuse and to make sure I have some brand new ones on hand. What's happened within the past few years is the quality has gone way down. The socks are much thinner, tear easily, get holes within a few wearings, and leave black marks on the floor and rug -- that's right, when wet, the dye will run on to surfaces. Socks in general have gotten cheaper in quality. I got some Hanes socks from a competitor, and they were even worse. But these socks not only were a good deal, they were the best of their kind I've ever had. It's a shame that Sam's Club is losing traction. Each time I go in the stores, there seems to be fewer people (and this started before the pandemic) and more workers just standing around. But now that the merchandise is going down hill, that's a bad, bad sign.

Poor quality

These are not worth the price. Burlington was far superior. I purchased these when I started running low on the Burlington brand. I have thrown more of the Members Mark brand socks out than my old Burlington socks since buying the Members Mark socks.

Garbage!

These are the only socks I’ve bought in the last 10 years at least 2 packs a year. I can’t even buy them anymore after this last purchase. Garbage! They shrink around your feet after you wash them. They have holes in the toes before you wear them the first time. I used to tell everyone to buy them now I tell them they are garbage.

Holes after 1-3 wearings

Thought these were a good value when I purchased them. They felt good, but developed holes along the seam by the green stripe at the toe, sometimes after the first wearing. Seven out of the ten pairs failed in this area within 3 wearings. I am on my feet at work and usually put in 8 to 10 miles per day, but none of my other socks have had this problem. I will never buy them again.

Comfortable

These socks and their white version are the only socks I wear and have for many years. They are comfortable and durable. I live on an agricultural property and wear a variety of foot coverings which are hard on the socks. Like any, they endure wear and tear but these last longer than others I've tried and are quite comfortable. I also travel and lecture and the black socks are stylish while offering the comfort I enjoy while standing to deliver my lectures.

Thin and uncomfortable

I used to buy the Burlington socks at Sam's club and they were great. They fit well, lasted a long time, and were very comfortable. These socks are thin, the inside of the socks is scratchy, and they stretch very tight. I have a 11.5 foot and the Burlington's were great for both me and my wife. If it was just that these were different then that would be one thing. They're just bad socks. I'm returning these to the store.
