Definitely a Upgrade

I must say that this fridge is very nice compare to our 11 year old Maytag. After some questions from the service department about COVID, my fridge was delivery on Friday. They came in set it up and it's up and running like a champ. They told us to make sure to wait 6 hours before putting any food in it. That made a different, that gives it time to cool all around and set to the right tempenture. My wife and I love all the space and the around cooling is great. We love the digital readouts and the alarm when the door is left open to long. Great price too, I saw a fridge with the same cubit feet for about $300 more and I don't believe that it had a outlet for water and ice. Glad I got it when I did.

poor designed

I bought this Fridge 1 week ago, I found out that each times I want to change the water's filter, I have to pull the whole fridge out to be able to turn the water supply off before I can change the filter. It is the most poor designed of a fridge and the most inconvenient. I will never recommend any one to by tis Model again.

Hi Tommy, Let's check all possible remedies for you to be able to replace your water filter easily. Your water filter can be changed quickly and should only take a few minutes. Please follow these steps. 1. First, turn off the water supply and then locate the filter. Please consult your user manual if you need help finding where it is. 2. Open the water filter cover and rotate the old filter counterclockwise to unlock it. 3. Then, pull it straight out to remove it from the filter housing. 4. To insert the new filter, first, remove the protection cap from the top of the filter. Then, push it straight into the filter housing and turn it clockwise. 5. Make sure the lock symbol matches up with the indicator line. Please click the link for reference.
