It definitely has a distinct taste that everyone like myself won’t like. The aftertaste gives elderberry in my opinion taste a lil like medication but it’s can pair well in certain drinks if you don’t put a lot like a Hugo Spritz. It’s not that expensive but it will last a while it’s a liqueur not liquor lol.

St. Germain is a fantastic choice for adding complex flavors to cocktails. It truly enhances the taste and elevates the overall experience. I particularly enjoy using it as an add-in, and it pairs well with both stirred and shaken cocktails.

Just a splash in a Hugo spritz makes for a great summer drink! Has the slightest botanical flavor. Too much can overdo it, a little goes a long way.

I was a cocktail waitress when saint Germaine launched. I could NOT believe how amazing this product was and I really took to it after learning about its qualities! It REALY does add to your champagne! It's subtle. Sweet and BEST OF ALL unique. A must have for EVERY bar.

I didn't know what to expect when I initially purchased this to stock my bar. A Saturday experiment produced some pretty good results. St. Germain is tasty over ice. It's even better with Grey Goose Le Poire or any mild pear vodka. The bottle and contents are worth every penny.

great sweet addition to many cocktails. not overly sweet when used in appropriate proportions. it also makes a good mimosa. just add a dash to a glass of champagne and youll feel extra fancy i promise! pairs great with most alcohols and lasts a long time because you dont have to use much 

St-Germain Liqueur taste hints at pear, peach and grapefruit creating an extraordinary flavor unknown in other liqueur brands. The crisp melange of flavors are as subtle and delicate as they are captivating. I would definitely buy this liqueur again.

I love this, especially in a gin and tonic or in a sparkling wine cocktail.  It's very sweet and syrupy.  If you don't think you'll go through it quickly, don't buy the 750mL bottle.  It's not incredibly high in alcohol content and I don't think it contains added preservatives.  It will darken in color and the flavor will change over time.  Better to buy a smaller bottle more frequently.     

If you aren’t using this soft, sweet, elderflower liquor you definitely need to be! St. Germain is a subtle indulgence which will give your hot toddy’s new life. Add it to the traditional bourbon, honey, lemon, and tea combo and enjoy the flowery notes it carries into your nose and mouth. Plus the bottle is super cool.
