Wasn't sure about these, but when I used them I actually Love Them!! No bounty but they are absorbant and nicely rip off.

Can anyone tell me a easy way to remove the cardboard in the center???? is not easy, Marathon why not send without the cardboard in the center? I tried to contact Sams, impossible

I have tried other brands but I have come back to these because they have the core to facilitate starting the center pull. On other brands, much was wasted to start a new roll.

Why is there a cardboard tube in the middle of the center pull paper towels?? I originally thought they mis packaged the towels in the wrong box, but they are pictured in the product description this way too.
