These paper towels are so flimsy they tear easily. Constantly have to open dispenser to re insert the roll through the feeder. We've wasted more paper than we actually used to dry our hands!

These towels are so thin, you can't even pull one out without it tearing off mid-towel. Toilet paper works better for drying my hands, than these do. Won't be buying these again anytime soon.

my local sam's club in warwick ri closed and i would have had to go to Mass to buy this product --i ordered on line and it was dilvered in a timely manner---i think i am going to continue to order this product online thanks

Had to switch to these when the Boardwalk 6400 towels were dropped by Sam's. We had been consistently running at 4 cartons per month (24 rolls) and ordering with the free shipping allowed with a "Plus" membership worked out well. These towels are half of the roll size which means we now buy twice as many as before with a price that makes them roughly twice the cost. I see that they are now reduced and the new price is about what I think they are worth. Bad news is that there's a limit of 10 per membership. I just don't see a winning opportunity with these towels. I will be buying the Boardwalk 6400 on-line from a different supplier.

I have used these towels for as good 10 years, always bought them at my local Sams's club. Buying them online was easy and they got here quick. The only problem I have with this order is that when taking out the center tube the roll closes down tight, a person has to pull a lot of towels out from the center to get the hole opened up so the towels work in the dispenser. This is the first time this has happened to me, It is a Marathon towel problem not anything Sam's has done. I will order again from Sam's online

Boulght at Sam's, South Tulsa. Took to our VFW 80 miles away. Opened up and they are NOT center pull. Just regular rolled towels that unroll from outside. Called Sams and the lady acted like it was no big deal. Never offered to replace or make it right.

THE PRODUCT IS GOOD. I BEEN USING IT FOR SOMETIME NOW. I DO HAVE 1 COMPLAINT WHAT HAPPEN TO THE PERFORATIONS. YOU USE TO PULL AND IT WOULD TEAR AT THE PERFORATION. NOW YOU PULL AND THE WHOLE ROLL COMES OUT LOL. IT DOESN'T END UNLESS YOU TEAR IT YOURSELF. FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT COME IN AND USE THE RESTROOMS THEY COME OUT COMPLAINING THAT THE PULL TOWELS AREN'T CUTTING WHERE THEY SHOULD. YOU GO INTO THE RESTROOM AND FIND UNUSED PAPER TOWELS IN THE FLOOR OR TRASH FROM THE ACCESS THEY PULL OUT.

Have these been made differently? I replaced a current roll with the new this morning and it is quite a bit thinner.

Its great paper towels if you can ever get them shipped. Its becoming a problem getting this item constantly and its the only towel to fit the machine.
