To be fair, I have purchased multiple digital google play gift cards in the past, but my most recent order of 2 $100 gift cards did not go near as smoothly as the few before. I received both of the codes within a few hours; however, this time both codes they sent came back as having already been redeemed. I followed up with google who confirmed that the codes have already been used, and they can't help me out further. Sams club also sent details over to a specialist, but their policy is no refunds on these purchases. I'm now out $188 for trying to save $6 on gift cards.

Zero Stars! These cards did not work! I ordered physical gift cards for my kids last Christmas directly from Sam's Club online. They arrived fine in the mail. When we tried to redeem them we got an error. Had to go back and forth with Google play chat help only to be told they were invalid. They wouldn't tell me if they were already used or just never activated. Sam's Club won't refund either. Total rip off!

I purchased a Google Play eCard and received the card in my inbox however, when I tried to use it, the card number stated it was invalid and had been used already. I thought maybe it took time to load so I tried it the following day and it still said it had already been used. I've both called Sam's and emailed and weeks later I still have no resolution. I'm sure the card is fine however, the service has been non-existent when I've contacted them, I'm giving the experience of purchasing the card online one star.
