Member's Mark Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breasts, priced per pound

Good cuts. Not too fatty so I’m not much to trim off. Quite thick so I always cut them in half.

Too much of the flesh was degraded. You could scrape it off. I could only use about 2/3 of it.

I’m usually very pleased with the quality of Sam’s boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but these had a lot of bloody spots on about half of the breasts and the underneath sides were somewhat mutilated.  Not the usually quality and I had to trim much of the meat from the beasts to make them edible.

Disappointed with quality of chicken breasts

Aside from too much water in the product this is a pretty good staple it shrinks up quite a bit on the grill so you know it’s being water injected. A more organic product would actually taste better and have better texture. This taste over developed.
