Member's Mark Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breasts, priced per pound

This was a good price but the breasts dried out too quickly. They're best if baked or broiled.

Sam's club seems to be lying about the weight. When I got home and began to portion out this meat, the weight didn't seem to add up. It was off by almost a full pound. Next time in store, I asked the butcher to weigh the chicken package and they flat out refused. I bought it anyway. The package said it was 5.68lbs. When I got home, I put the entire package on my scale and INCLUDING THE PACKAGING, it was 5.25lbs. Weighing just the meat netted 4.92lbs. They are lying. I will start buying my meat elsewhere.

You aren't getting what you pay for

Aside from too much water in the product this is a pretty good staple it shrinks up quite a bit on the grill so you know it’s being water injected. A more organic product would actually taste better and have better texture. This taste over developed.
