I am Japanese, born and raised, so I know what Miso Ramen is supposed to taste like, and this is definitely not it. This is an abomination. It tasted weirdly sweet, so I checked the ingredients, and sure enough it contained weird stuff like sugar, rice vinegar, cooking wine, etc. We don't use such ingredients in ramen. I shared this with my family in Japan, and they were quite shocked and asked where it came from. Whoever made this doesn't know ramen period. Ajinomoto needs to be careful around who gets to use their brand name.

This ramen is frozen because it has some broth in the bottom of it with higher quality noodles. It also has frozen, not freeze dried veggies and meat. You can find other versions these online in really good quality, but for the price, these are really good. I would recommend any ramen fan to try this out.

There wasn't much in the bowl. Not very much meat. Flavor was pretty good, a little spicy.

This item is delicious and pretty close to restaurant quality but not available anymore. Why is it that the products I find that I actually love get discontinued but the other undesired stuff that no one likes gets to stick around? 🤔

These are really good! I added some soy sauce and chile sauce. I wish I had some bean sprouts!! You can add more to make it to you liking. The broth is really good.
