I served in Japan 1975-1976. Miso Ramen is the most like the ramen soup I ate nearly every day that I have found in the States. It has an excellent pork based flavor with a nice amount of pork and vegetables on top of the noodles. It is ready in just 4 minutes in a microwave and at 410 calories is a very filling light meal. I keep a supply of several boxes in my freezer and have it three or four times a week.

It's pretty good. I added sriracha and fish sauce to it. Instead of water I used Chicken broth.

These are delicious. Noodles aren't over cooked or mushy, easy to make and great for a quick lunch.

I wasnt crazy about this. I guess im just used to the cheap packets of noodle blocks and seasoning. This didnt have the flavor of those. I found it bland. Maybe its more authentic, maybe its healthier. I dont know, but if youre used to the cheap stuff, this is very different.

Brother a little bland but I do add sesame oil and egg anyway to add flavor. Decent amount in bowls and flavor of everything else is good. Meat isn't weird like some frozen foods.

This product tastes great, but it's frozen, so why add so much sodium? It would be just as good with half the sodium.

Meat is terrible, 25 cent ramen tastes better
