I would agree with previous reviewer the customer service the maker of this product offers is horrific. There is a flyer inside the box with a number to call for missing parts . When you call they then tell you you have to send anemail with your invoice. When you do that they then tell you to take your problen to the store you purchased it at . Total run around. Was just missing the battery in one . How hard is that to make right ? Seriously doubt Sams club has the spare batteries on hand.

I had previous version with "cracked glass" lens pattern for years but the solar cells windows had aged badly. I got these to replace and at first thought they were almost as good, though I didn't really like the starburst stripe that these produced. Some guests have since mentioned that the pattern is downright annoying/confusing when navigating the unfamiliar path. I have replaced them with a different style purchased elsewhere.

I purchased many Solar lights and these are the absolute best. They are very bright, and they give special effects on the path. So many of my neighbors and family members asked where I bought these, and I'm always proud to say Sam's. Never has anyone asked me about my other Solar lights.

Yes, it's cheap and looks nice, but you get what you pay for. The second day after I put it out in the yard it looked nice, the lights were bright. After the second night, it stopped working. I got it on sale for $10 and it's too much hassle for me to return them.

I'm not sure how these have good reviews. I've had them for 5 months and they've worked off and on, but they never all stay lit. My last string was I purchased all new batteries for them and they were good for a night and then dead again. They're in a high sunlight position and I live in Florida.

I bought two boxes of these lights about nine months ago and I already need to replace four of them. The lights become very dim over time. They are inexpensive so I will replace them for now, but I will likely need to spend more in the future to get something that lasts longer.

I was wondering if anyone had the customer support number to share I threw it away with the box on my 2nd order of the lights came to realize one was having its issues of not turning on properly other than that it really is a great and beautiful light!
