Leakage protection was not a constant worry when using these. One other great feature about the Member's Mark Total Protection Unisex Briefs is the odor protection.

The women's ones are always too big and slide off of her for some reason, no matter what size I buy. Super happy with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I care for a loved one and have had no issues with these briefs. They work really well. No leaks, the tabs stay secure, no irritation. I wish they were slightly less bulky but, overall it's a good product.

The sizing on these is pretty generous. I am pretty large, and am able to wear these fairly comfortably. The design is slim but it covers all the right places without a big fuss. Very absorbent, and easy to take off and on in between uses. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

They are life savers after giving birth, during heavy periods and for older kids that may still have an accident or two at night. The quality of this brand is even better that the leading name brand. Very absorbent with no leakage. They are a bit bulky but not uncomfortable. The fit on these runs a bit large in my opinion, they are longer and wider than others , stretchy and offer bigger coverage. The adjustable side flaps make it easier to adjust as needed to get a tighter fit. They are also easier to take off. (The putting on part for me is harder than pull ups, but that's just me, for others it might be easier as well) Overall, the value and quality of these diapers are really good.

I would recommend these as they are absorbent and the sides hold up really well with a little elastic making it comfortable.I use these daily ,it doesn't leave a rash, clean up is easy much better than the tabbed diaper and he doesn't feel like it is a diaper he thinks they are a new protection underwear. they work the sane as the underwear

When I saw the unisex I thought I would give them a try. I am so happy I did. We are not the same size but because theses are adjustable they work great for both of us. Now I can buy just one pack instead of two.
