[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has Autism and still has accidents nearly every night. I gave these a try since the kids kind still routinely leak due to his size. I found these to be very absorbent and the fasteners were reliable. They stayed closed throughout the night despite the fact that he moves a lot during the night. He doesn’t hesitate to complain if something is uncomfortable but he had no issues wearing these each evening. I’m pleased and will be using these pants in the future!

I must agree with other reviewers: these were better before. I was happy when I tried the sample and it seemed a bit larger. However I find that they do not sit right no matter how much tugging I do and this results in leakage. Also after fastening I find two long pieces of the materials hanging down over my butt. I have to tuck them in and find it's another place for leaks to happen. Will be ordering the old style now that I know it is available.

I do not understand negative reviews, I use them for my husband and they stick really well and are very absorbent. I would recommend going by weight and not waist size when ordering. I would rather have plenty of wrap around material. I tried the smaller size and although the waisr size is well withiin the limits. they were harder to get on.

All of my clients that I have use them love them! No tears or leaks. Very absorbent. Easy to put on and take off. Gives my people a sense of relief. I wasn't sure because of the brand but we've given it a try and she seems to be pretty happy with then. I didn't like the sides very much felt they could use a bit more stretch so they are more comfortable and how easy it is to pull the sides apart. If you're looking for something comfortable and leak proof these will do the trick.
